If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, you may request changes or cancellations by contacting us at support@ataloy.com. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee changes.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@ataloy.com with your order number and the correct address.

It depends on how our facility decides to sort and ship your order. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping cost or the estimated time of arrival.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@ataloy.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you in locating it.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at support@ataloy.com within 5 days of delivery. Provide photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly, including replacement, refund, or store credit.
